Our signature red oolong is back, produced just once a year from Shanlinxi's high-mountain Qingxin leaves and finished with a slow 20-hour roast. Straight out of the bag, the dry leaves smell like warm biscuits with a hint of brown sugar. In the cup, this year's batch is remarkably bold and spiky—it hits your palate with a lively, tingling bite and a powerful flavor that immediately energizes you and wakes you right up.

Because of that careful 20-hour roast, it opens up in brilliant stages over an extended session and easily powers through 5+ infusions in a gaiwan.

Cold Brew Tip: This is always our top pick for cold brewing! Brew it extra strong overnight in the fridge, then pour it over a tumbler of ice for the ultimate slow-sipping iced tea.
