Our oolong teas come to us from three small organic farms in Taiwan's Shanlinxi (衫林溪) and Alishan (阿里山) high mountain tea growing regions, located at 1400m and 1300m above sea level. These oolongs are an excellent example of how seasonality and the processing of tea leaves dramatically changes flavor.
