this collection is my way of bringing new teas to market in small batches and testing their appeal. if y'all like it, I'll make it a mainstay in our line-up. if you don't, well, it was worth trying once ;)

usually the teas are a result of us either:

  • messing around with the tea production process think: our double red oolong where we triple the usual roasting time and break it into 4x 12 hr roasting sessions

or

  • subverting the styles of tea that are generally expected to be produced from a given cultivar and/or growing region
