Organic tea farm
Tasting Notes: dried apricot, toasted wheat, raw honey
Mouthfeel: This tea has a mild astringency that'll make the top of your tongue feel dry.
Season: Fall 2017, where the humid weather produces tea leaves that are better suited to a little bit of processing in order to taste great.
Brewing Instructions: Steep 5g / 205 degrees / 45 sec steep / 150ml of water / multiple brews. If that's too much work or you're just feeling lazy, throw some leaves in a mug and add hot water (we do this all the time).
