Tasting Notes: plum, roasted chestnut, cacao

Mouthfeel: This tea has a well-rounded dark flavor that’s a little juicy. Because we’ve chopped up the tea leaves, the flavor is a bit deeper, less nuanced than it’s loose leaf counter-part— but damn if we haven’t outdone ourselves here.

Season: 2019 spring harvest

Recommended: Throw a teabag in hot water — add some soymilk if you’re feelin’ sassy. Makes excellent bubble tea!
